First Business Financial Services, Inc. operates as the bank holding company for First Business Bank and First Business Bank-Milwaukee that provide commercial banking products and services to small- and medium-sized businesses, executives, professionals, and high net worth individuals in Wisconsin. Its deposit products include non-interest-bearing transaction accounts, interest-bearing transaction accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, and brokered certificates of deposit. The company’s loan product portfolio comprises commercial real estate loans, commercial and industrial loans, direct financing leases, and consumer and other loans. It also offers commercial and consumer treasury management services, and trust and investment services. In addition, the company provides lines of credit and term loans secured by accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, and real estate assets primarily to manufacturers and wholesale distribution companies; offers equipment finance; and engages in holding and liquidating real estate and other assets acquired through foreclosure or other legal proceedings, as well as invests in marketable securities. It has three loan production offices in the Northeast region of Wisconsin serving Appleton, Oshkosh, and Green Bay, as well as their surrounding areas. First Business Financial Services, Inc. was founded in 1909 and is based in Madison, Wisconsin.
