This segment also offers debit and ATM cards, telephone access, and online banking, as well as other electronic banking services; and investment services and various brokerage products, including investment options and investment advice to its clients. In addition, this segment offers merchant cash management and other services relating to the general banking business; and reinsures credit life insurance, as well as property and casualty insurance. The Treasury segment manages investments, wholesale funding, interest rate risk, liquidity, and leverage for the bank; and provides capital market products, such as interest rate derivatives, foreign exchange, and industrial revenue bond financing for its commercial clients. The company also offers fiduciary and trust services; and insurance brokerage services. As of December 31, 2012, it operated a total of 180 banking centers, loan production, or other financial services offices primarily in the states of Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky. The company was founded in 1834 and is headquartered in Evansville, Indiana.
