This is the 4th day in a row that all the major indices have been in Bollinger Band Squeezes.  So the market is a bit of a coiled spring just in time for the Fed decision tomorrow.  

Other things that stand out to me are that the small caps are still sucking wind and the % of stocks above their 50 DMAs is still weak at 35%.   Not the healthiest of environments.
