I just added a % change column to the stock lists (tables) on 3 pages:

That % change is the last percent change, so when the market's open that column will be based off the intraday price.  You can sort by that column by clicking on the column header.  So you could use the All Stocks page to view the top & bottom % movers across the whole market.
