A NNN lease, also known as a triple net lease, is a type of commercial real estate lease in which the tenant is responsible for all of the costs associated with the property, including taxes, insurance, and maintenance. The tenant is also responsible for any repairs or improvements to the property. The landlord is only responsible for the initial construction of the building and any major repairs that may be needed.
