Metastatic pancreatic cancer is a type of cancer that has spread from the pancreas to other parts of the body. It is the most advanced form of pancreatic cancer and is usually not curable. Symptoms of metastatic pancreatic cancer can include abdominal pain, jaundice, weight loss, and fatigue. Treatment options may include chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and/or surgery.
