The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the companies included in the underlying index and generally expects to be substantially invested at such times, with at least 95% of its net assets invested in these securities. The underlying index is a market capitalization-weighted index designed to provide broad, core emerging markets equity exposure by measuring the stock performance of up to 700 companies across the EGAI Emerging Markets Universe, excluding those listed or domiciled in China and Hong Kong. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund seeks to track the performance of the WisdomTree Emerging Markets ex-China Index, by using representative sampling technique. WisdomTree Emerging Markets ex-China Fund is domiciled in the United States.
