The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree BioRevolution Index (?index?). The fund generally uses a representative sampling strategy to achieve its investment objective, meaning it generally will invest in a sample of the securities in the index whose risk, return and other characteristics resemble the risk, return and other characteristics of the Index as a whole. The index is designed to provide exposure to equity securities of exchange listed companies globally that will be significantly transformed by advancements in genetics and biotechnology. The fund is non-diversified.

PBE Description
The PowerShares Dynamic Biotechnology & Genome Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Biotech & Genome IntellidexSM Index (Intellidex Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Intellidex Index is designed to provide capital appreciation by thoroughly evaluating companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including price momentum, earnings momentum, quality, management action, and value. The Underlying Intellidex Index is comprised of common stocks of 30 US biotechnology and genome companies. These are companies that are principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and marketing and distribution of various biotechnological products, services and processes and companies that benefit significantly from scientific and technological advances biotechnology and genetic engineering and reseach. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.Grade (RS Rating)
