STNC Description
The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that will invest, under normal circumstances at least 80% of the value of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in exchange-traded equity securities of U.S. large capitalization issuers that meet environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) standards, as determined and in the sole discretion of Stance Capital, LLC. The Fund currently considers companies within the Russell 1000® Index and S&P 500® Index to be large capitalization issuers.

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ OMX(R) Clean Edge(R) Smart Grid Infrastructure Index(SM). The fund normally invests at least 90% of assets in common stocks that comprise the index or in depositary receipts representing securities in the index. The index is designed to act as a transparent and liquid benchmark for the grid and electric energy infrastructure sector. The fund is non-diversified.Grade (RS Rating)
