The investment seeks to provide two times leveraged long exposure to the compounded monthly performance of the Solactive Preferred Stock ETF Index (the “index”). The index is designed to track the price movements of an equally weighted portfolio of two exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”) that hold preferred securities of various issuers. The Securities are two times leveraged with respect to the index and, as a result, will benefit from two times any beneficial, but will be exposed to two times any adverse, compounded monthly performance of the index.

It invests in the public equity and fixed income markets of global region. For its equity portion, the fund invests through other funds in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of large-cap companies. For its fixed income portion, the fund primarily invests through other funds in U.S. investment-grade aggregate bonds, corporate bonds and treasury bonds that are rated within one of the four highest ratings categories by a nationally-recognized statistical ratings organization. Discipline Fund ETF was formed on September 21, 2021 and is domiciled in the United States.
