It invests public equity and fixed income markets of global emerging region. For its equity portion, the fund invests through other funds in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalizations, within the market capitalization range of MSCI Emerging Market index. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests through other funds in below investment grade securities that are rated below Baa3 by Moody’s Investors Service or below BBB- by Standard and Poor’s Rating Group. The fund invests in securities of any maturity. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. Mindful Conservative ETF is domiciled in the United States.

The investment seeks to provide total returns, before fees and expenses, that exceed the performance of the Bloomberg Dollar Total Return Index. The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to provide total returns, before fees and expenses, that exceed the performance of the index. The index is structured to potentially benefit as the U.S. dollar appreciates relative to a basket of global currencies. The fund will seek exposure to both the U.S. dollar and global currencies held by the index through investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets in money market securities and other liquid securities. It is non-diversified.
