It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund does not invest in companies operating across manufacture of complete tobacco products, cluster munitions, thermal coal and fossil fuels sectors. It invests predominantly in common stocks of large- and mid-cap companies (the "Investable Universe"). The fund's derivative investments may include, among other instruments: (i) options; (ii) volatility-linked ETFs; and (iii) volatility-linked exchange-traded notes (ETNs).
