The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the BlueStar Israel Global IndexTM. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. Its benchmark index is comprised of equity securities, which may include depositary receipts, of publicly traded companies that are generally considered by BlueStar Global Investors, LLC ("BlueStar" or the "Index Provider") to be Israeli companies. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to track the price and total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Vident International Equity IndexTM (the "index"). The index is a rules-based, systematic strategy index comprised of equity securities of issuers in developed and emerging markets outside of the United States. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities.
