The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of 50 of the largest Indian equities. The Subsidiary and the fund will collectively invest at least 80% of the fund's total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the CNX Nifty IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which measures the equity performance of the top 50 companies by free float market capitalization whose equity securities trade in the Indian securities markets. The fund is non-diversified.

PPEM Description The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 135% of the daily performance of the FTSE Emerging Index. The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowing for investment purposes) in securities of the index, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that track the index and other financial instruments that provide daily leveraged exposure to the index. The index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure equity market performance in the global emerging markets. The fund is non-diversified.
