The fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets in securities in income producing equity securities including securities in the aerospace and defense sectors. Aerospace companies include manufacturers, assemblers and distributors of aircraft and aircraft parts. Defense companies include producers of components and equipment for the defense industry, such as military aircraft, radar equipment and weapons.

EWZS Description The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Brazil Small Cap Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will at all times invest at least 90% of its assets in the securities of the underlying index or in depositary receipts representing securities in its underlying index. The underlying index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted index designed to measure the performance of equity securities in the bottom 14% by market capitalization of equity securities listed on stock exchanges in Brazil. The fund is non-diversified.
