The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to track the performance of the largest companies in the Chinese equity market that are available to international investors. The underlying index consists of 25 of the largest and most liquid Chinese companies. The fund is non-diversified.

DMXF Description The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI EAFE Choice ESG Screened Index. The index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted index designed to reflect the equity performance of large- and mid-capitalization developed market companies, excluding the U.S. and Canada, with favorable ESG ratings while applying extensive screens, including removing fossil fuel exposure. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the index. It is non-diversified.
