The notes are senior unsecured medium-term notes issued by Bank of Montreal with a return linked to a 2X leveraged participation in the performance of the index, compounded daily, less a Daily Investor Fee, the Daily Financing Charge and, if applicable, the Redemption Fee Amount. The index is an equal-dollar weighted index designed to represent a segment of the technology and consumer discretionary sectors consisting of highly-traded growth stocks of technology and tech-enabled companies.

It invests in stocks of companies operating across communication services, telecommunication services, information technology, software and services, IT services, data processing and outsourced services, internet merchant services, payment processors, payment services providers and gateways, payment wallets, internet services and infrastructure, infrastructure services, hardware services, IT consulting and other services, information technology (IT) consulting, software, technology hardware and equipment, communications equipment, internet applications and e-commerce sites including financial services sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It seeks to track the performance of the MVIS Digital India Index, by using full replication technique. VanEck Digital India ETF is domiciled in the United States.
