The iShares U.S. Fallen Angels USD Bond ETF seeks to track the investment results of the Barclays US High Yield Fallen Angel 3% Capped Index, which is designed to reflect the performance of U.S. dollar denominated, high yield corporate bonds that were previously rated investment grade. Bonds are market value weighted with a 3% cap on each issuer.

ICOW Description The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Pacer Developed Markets International Cash Cows 100 Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index uses an objective, rules-based methodology to provide exposure to large and mid-capitalization non-U.S. companies in developed markets with high free cash flow yields.
