The investment seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks the small capitalization segment of global emerging market countries. The fund employs a sampling strategy in seeking to track the performance of the S&P® Emerging Markets Under USD2 Billion Index. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") or Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on securities comprising the index. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Emerging Markets Equity Income Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that is comprised of the highest dividend yielding stocks selected from the WisdomTree Emerging Markets Dividend Index.
