It is non-diversified.

The fund does not seek to replicate the performance of a specified index. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of the fund"s net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes in a concentrated portfolio of large-cap and mid-cap U.S. listed equity stocks.
