Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in dividend-paying U.S. exchange-traded equity securities ("Equity Securities") and will opportunistically utilize an "option strategy" consisting of writing (selling) U.S. exchange-traded covered call options on such Equity Securities. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the performance of its underlying index, the CIBC Atlas Clean Energy Index (ticker symbol NACEX) (the "underlying index"). The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index utilizes a rules-based methodology developed by CIBC National Trust Company (the "index provider"), which is designed to provide exposure to a diverse set of U.S. and Canadian companies involved in the clean energy sector including renewables and clean technology.
