The company accepts various deposits, including savings accounts, checking accounts, money market deposit accounts, demand accounts, individual retirement savings accounts, and certificates of deposit. It also offers various loans comprising one-to four-family real estate loans; home equity loans; commercial and multifamily real estate loans; construction, land, and lot loans; secured and unsecured consumer loans, such as manufactured home loans, automobile loans, boat loans, and recreational vehicle loans; and commercial business loans. The company provides its services through operating five full-service banking offices in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Clallam counties. Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. is based in Seattle, Washington.
