The company offers various deposit products to retail and commercial customers, including passbook, negotiable order of withdrawal, money market, non-interest bearing checking, and certificate accounts comprising individual retirement accounts. It also provides one-to-four family residential, commercial real estate, and multi-family mortgage loans, as well as consumer, construction, and commercial business loans. In addition, the company invests in mortgage-backed and related securities, the U.S. government agency obligations, and other permissible investments. As of April 25, 2012, it operated 11 full service offices located in Albert Lea, Austin, Eagan, La Crescent, Rochester, Spring Valley, and Winona, Minnesota; 1 full service office in Marshalltown, Iowa; and a loan origination office in Sartell, Minnesota, as well as operated private banking offices in Rochester, Minnesota. The company was founded in 1933 and is headquartered in Rochester, Minnesota.
