It operates through the following segments: Gas Utility Services, Electric Utility Services, and Other. The Gas Utility Services segment provides comprehensive services including maintenance, repair, installation, and replacement services for natural gas local distribution utility companies focused on the modernization of their infrastructure. The Electric Utility Services segment offers a comprehensive set of electric utility services encompassing design, maintenance and repair, upgrade, and expansion services for transmission and distribution infrastructure. The Other segment is involved in corporate and non-allocated costs such as corporate facility costs, non-allocated corporate salaries, benefits, and incentive compensation. The company was founded in 1909 and is headquartered in Phoenix, AZ.
