Sunoco LP (SUN), formerly Susser Petroleum Partners LP is a master limited partnership (MLP) which distributes motor fuel to convenience stores, independent dealers, commercial customers and distributors. SUN is majority owned and managed by Energy Transfer Partners, L.P., which also owns Sunoco Inc. and Stripes LLC. The Company operates in one operating segment, with primary operations conducted by the following consolidated wholly owned subsidiaries: Susser Petroleum Operating Company LLC, which distributes motor fuel to SUSS retail and consignment locations, as well as third party customers in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Louisiana; T&C Wholesale LLC and Susser Energy Services LLC, which distribute motor fuels, propane and lubricating oils, primarily in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas; and Susser Petroleum Property Company LLC (PropCo), which primarily owns and leases convenience store properties.
