Here are all the definitions.   That page is accessible via the Research -> End of Day Scans menu -- the click the "Scan / Signal Definition" button.  Each definition also appears at the top of the scan's result page.

As for NR7, it's a pretty standard signal.  So a Google search for something like "NR7 Trading Strategy" will take you somewhere like this: Bulkowski on the NR7 Chart Pattern
