The index is designed to measure the performance of companies that exhibit certain quality, valuation and momentum characteristics within a universe of publicly-traded equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. real estate investment trusts and real estate companies. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the underlying index and in "ADRs" and "GDRs" based on the securities in its underlying index.
