Janus Detroit Street Trust - Janus Henderson International Sustainable Equity ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Janus Capital Management LLC. The fund invests in public equity markets of global ex-US region. It invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund employs fundamental analysis with bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. It does not invest in companies operating across alcohol, animal testing, armaments, chemicals of concern, contentious industries, fossil fuel extraction and refining, fossil fuel power generation, fur, gambling, genetic engineering, intensive farming, meat and dairy production, nuclear power, pornography, tobacco production and United Nations global compact violators sectors. Janus Detroit Street Trust - Janus Henderson International Sustainable Equity ETF was formed on September 8, 2021 and is domiciled in the United States.

The index tracks large and mid-capitalization equity securities across 24 emerging market economies, excluding China. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund"s total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the emerging market securities, which may include depositary receipts (including American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") or Global Depository Receipts ("GDRs") representing securities included in the index.
