The underlying index represents the small-cap segment of the MSCI EAFE Index. As of June 30, 2012, the underlying index consisted of the following 22 developed market country indexes or regions.

IEUS Description The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of small-capitalization developed market equities, excluding the U.S. and Canada. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI Europe Small Cap Index (the "underlying index"), which is a free float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index that captures small cap representation across the 15 developed markets countries in Europe.
