The PowerShares Global Water Portfolio (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ OMX Global Water Index. The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in companies listed on a global exchange that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced quarterly and reconstituted annually in April.

It invests in growth stocks of mid-cap companies, within the market capitalization range of the Russell Midcap Growth Total Return Index. The fund employs fundamental analysis to create its portfolio. The fund seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the Russell Midcap Growth Total Return Index. Motley Fool Mid-Cap Growth ETF was formed on November 1, 2010 and is domiciled in the United States.
