The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. The index is comprised of securities issued by companies that Morningstar, Inc. determines have sustainable competitive advantages based on a proprietary methodology that considers quantitative and qualitative factors. Wide and narrow moat companies are selected from the universe of companies represented in the MorningstarĀ® Global Markets ex-US IndexSM. The fund is non-diversified.

It seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI Europe Small Cap Index (the "underlying index"), which is a free float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index that captures small cap representation across the 15 developed markets countries in Europe.
