The investment seeks to replicate investment results that generally correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Kingsview Ambassador Income Index. The fund generally invests at least 80% of its total assets in the constituents of the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of an investable universe of fixed income securities of varying credit quality and duration, including corporate bonds, lower-quality bonds, known as "high yield" or "junk" bonds, treasury bonds, municipal bonds, mortgage backed securities and convertible bonds, that provide broad exposure to the U.S. and global bond market.

AOR Description The investment seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Target Risk Growth Index composed of a portfolio of underlying equity and fixed income funds intended to represent a growth allocation target risk strategy. The fund is a fund of funds and seeks its investment objective by investing primarily in underlying funds that themselves seek investment results corresponding to their own respective underlying indexes. It generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index. The index measures the performance of the S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC proprietary allocation model.
