The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Select TelecommunicationsSM Index. The fund invests in securities and derivatives that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as two times (2x) the daily return of the index. The index is a measure of U.S. stock market performance of fixed line (regional and long-distance carriers) and mobile telephone services (cellular, satellite and paging services). The fund is non-diversified.

PUI Description
The PowerShares Dynamic Utilities Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Utilities IntellidexSM Index (Intellidex Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Intellidex Index thoroughly evaluates companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including: price momentum, earnings momentum, quality, management action, and value. The Underlying Intellidex Index is comprised of common stocks of 60 US utilities companies. These companies are principally engaged in providing either energy, water, natural gas or telecommunications services. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.Grade (RS Rating)
