The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that does not seek to replicate the performance of a specified index. The fund may also invest in other interest rate futures contracts, including but not limited to, Eurodollar and Federal Funds futures.

It is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that does not seek to replicate the performance of a specified index. The fund may also invest in other interest rate futures contracts, including but not limited to, Eurodollar and Federal Funds futures.
