IYLD Description

The investment seeks to track the investment results of the Morningstar® Multi-Asset High Income IndexSM. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and may invest up to 10% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents. The index is broadly diversified and seeks to deliver high current income while maintaining long-term capital appreciation. The fund is a fund-of-funds and invests primarily in the securities of the underlying funds that themselves seek investment results corresponding to their own underlying indexes.

INKM Description

The investment seeks to provide total return by focusing on investments in income and yield-generating assets. The fund invests substantially all of its assets in the SSgA Income Allocation Portfolio, a separate series of the SSgA Master Trust with an identical investment objective as the fund. As a result, the fund invests indirectly through the Portfolio. It invests the assets of the Portfolio among ETPs that provide exposure to four primary asset classes: (i) domestic and international equity securities; (ii) domestic and international investment grade and high yield debt securities; (iii) hybrid equity/debt securities; and (iv) REITs.
