iM RBA Responsible Global Allocation ETF is an exchange traded fund of fund launched and managed by iM Global Partner Fund Management, LLC. The fund is co-managed by Richard Bernstein Advisors LLC. It invests in public equity, fixed income, commodity, and currency markets across the globe. For its equity portion, the fund invests through other funds in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests through other funds in securities issued by the U.S. Government and its agencies, sovereign debt and domestic and foreign corporate bonds of any credit quality, including high yield (or “junk”) bonds, municipal obligations, mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, inflation-linked debt securities and zero coupon bonds. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with top-down stock picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against a composite index comprising of 65% MSCI All Country World Index Index and 35% Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. iM RBA Responsible Global Allocation ETF is domiciled in the United States.

RSPG Description The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of all of the components of the S&P 500® Energy Index, an index that contains the common stocks of all companies included in the S&P 500® Index that are classified as members of the energy sector, as defined according to the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS).
