The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the clean energy sector. It seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global Clean Energy IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which is designed to track the performance of approximately 30 of what is expected to be the most liquid and tradable securities of global companies involved in clean energy related businesses. The fund is non-diversified.
