The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets in securities included in the index. The rules-based index is comprised of a blend of allocations to two asset classes: U.S. high yield corporate bond exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and U.S. 3-7 year Treasury ETFs.

The fund is a "fund of funds" and intends to invest primarily in exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") and exchange-traded notes ("ETNs") that seek to track a diversified basket of global indices and investment sectors that meet certain selection criteria. It also may invest, subject to the same selection criteria, in exchange-traded pooled investment vehicles.
