The fund, under normal circumstances, invests in swap agreements that provide 200% daily exposure to GOOG equal to at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes). It will enter into one or more swap agreements with major global financial institutions whereby the fund and the global financial institution will agree to exchange the return earned on an investment by the fund in GOOG that is equal, on a daily basis, to 200% of the value of the fund"s net assets. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the telecommunications sector. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Telecommunications Sector IndexTM, which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC ("S&P"), deems to be part of the telecommunications sector of the economy and that S&P believes are important to global markets.
