The investment seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the FTSE Australia RIC Capped Index (the FTSE Australia Capped Index). Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the FTSE Australia Capped Index and in depositary receipts representing such securities. The FTSE Australia Capped Index is based on the FTSE Australia Index and is designed to measure the performance of Australian large- and mid-capitalization stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

EPP Description The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Pacific ex-Japan Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will at all times invest at least 90% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its underlying index. The underlying index consists of stocks from the following four countries: Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Singapore. Components primarily include financial, industrials and materials companies.
