The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Defined Emerging Markets Small Cap Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in stocks and/or depositary receipts that comprise the index. The index is designed to objectively identify and select small cap securities from the S&P Emerging Markets BMI Index that may generate positive alpha relative to traditional passive-style indices through the use of the AlphaDEX(R) selection methodology. The fund is non-diversified.

DEM Description

The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Emerging Markets Equity Income Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that is comprised of the highest dividend yielding stocks selected from the WisdomTree Emerging Markets Dividend Index. The fund is non-diversified.
