The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Spain 25/50 Index. The fund will at all times invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its underlying index. The MSCI Spain 25/50 Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Madrid Stock Exchange. A capping methodology is applied that limits the weight of any single component to a maximum of 25% of the MSCI Spain 25/50 Index. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index. The fund employs a sampling strategy in seeking to track the performance of the S&P Emerging Markets Dividend Opportunities Index. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index, or in ADRs or GDRs based on securities comprising the index. The index is comprised of 100 of the highest yielding emerging markets stocks, based on market capitalization, in the S&P Dividend Opportunities family of indices.
