It is non-diversified.

The fund is co-managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc., Invesco Capital Management LLC. It invests in public equity markets of the United States and Canada region. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. The fund invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental analysis to create its portfolio. It employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. It does not invest in stocks of companies operating across include substantial involvement in the production of tobacco products, controversial weapons, engagement in cultivation, production or distribution of recreational cannabis, extraction of thermal coal, and extraction of fossil fuels from unconventional sources, among other exclusionary criteria sectors.
