The investment seeks investment results that replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Bank of America Securities - Merrill Lynch Equal Sector Weight Index (the "underlying index"). The underlying index is an index of indexes comprised in equal proportions of the nine Select Sector SPDR Indexes. The fund will use a "fund of funds" approach, and seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 90% of its total assets in the shares of Select Sector SPDR exchange-traded funds that track the Underlying Sector Indexes of which the underlying index is comprised. It is non-diversified.

BUYW Description The fund invests in domestic and international exchange-traded funds (ETFs) to provide investors with sustained exposure to domestic and foreign equity markets over time. The fund also uses the Adviser"s "BuyWrite" strategy, an investment strategy of writing (selling) call options on a security owned by the fund to generate additional returns from the option premium. The fund also seeks returns by writing (selling) secured put options.
