Tidal ETF Trust - SoFi Smart Energy ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Toroso Investments, LLC. The fund invests in public equity markets of global region. It invests in stocks of companies operating across distributed energy in distributed power sources, distributed energy storage, vehicle-to-grid and electric vehicle charging, virtual power plants, microgrid and smart grids, smart houses and building energy management, software and systems for distributed energy resources segments sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It seeks to track the performance of the iClima Distributed Renewable Energy Index, by using full replication technique. It does not invest in stocks of companies operating across oil exploration and production, non-conventional weapons producers, energy producers that receive their revenue from nuclear energy, power generators that receive their revenues from natural gas or coal fired power plants, activities involving forced and compulsory labor and/or child labor and automotive makers sectors. Tidal ETF Trust - SoFi Smart Energy ETF was formed on July 20, 2021 and is domiciled in the United States.

PowerShares Dynamic Industrials

PRN Description The PowerShares Dynamic Industrials Sector Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Industrials Sector IntellidexSM Index (Intellidex Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Intellidex Index thoroughly evaluates companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including: price momentum, earnings momentum, quality, management action, and value. The Underlying Intellidex Index is comprised of common stocks of 60 US industrial companies. These are companies that are principally engaged in the business of providing industrial products and services, including engineering heavy machinery, construction, electrical equipment, aerospace and defense and general manufacturing. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.
