The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI Emerging Markets ex China Index (the "underlying index"), which is designed to measure equity market performance in global emerging markets. The underlying index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index that captures large- and mid-capitalization stocks across 23 of the 24 Emerging Markets countries, excluding China. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and may invest up to 10% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents. It is non-diversified.

EMDM Description The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets in the common stocks, depositary receipts, preferred shares and real estate investment trusts that comprise the index. The index is constructed to track the performance of companies within emerging market countries as determined by the index Provider, that meet minimum political rights and civil liberties standards to qualify as Electoral Democracies according to Freedom House. It is non-diversified.
