The fund seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI Emerging Markets Minimum Volatility Index (the "underlying index"), which has been developed by MSCI Inc. ("MSCI") to measure the performance of equity securities in global emerging markets that in aggregate have lower volatility. It generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index or in depositary receipts representing securities in the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund will at all times invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its underlying index. The underlying index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Components primarily include financial, information technology and materials companies. The fund is non-diversified.
