The investment seeks investment results that replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the S-Network Emerging Sector Dividend Dogs Index (the "Index"). The index is a rules-based index intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of the highest dividend paying stocks (i.e. "Dividend Dogs") in the S-Network Emerging Markets Index, a universe of mainly large capitalization stocks domiciled in emerging markets (the "S-Network Emerging Markets") on a sector-by-sector basis. The fund generally will invest in all of the securities that comprise the index in proportion to their weightings in the index.

EEMD Description The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Emerging Markets Dividend and Free Cash Flow Yield Index. The index is a rules-based, equal-weighted index that is designed to provide exposure to the constituents of the S&P Emerging Plus LargeMidCap Index that exhibit both high dividend yield and sustainable dividend distribution characteristics, while maintaining diversified sector exposure. At least 80% of the fund?s net assets will be invested in equity securities that (i) are tied economically to Emerging Markets countries and (ii) have had a positive realized annual dividend yield within the past year.
