The fund seeks to provide exposure to a concentrated portfolio of large-capitalization U.S. equity securities while providing a consistent level of income that is approximately 8% (before fees and expenses) above the annualized yield of the Dow Jones Industrial Average ("DJIA"). The fund is non-diversified.
