The fund invests at least 90% of its assets in common stock, ADRs and MLPs that comprise the index and depositary receipts representing common stocks included in the index. It generally will invest in all of the securities comprising the index in proportion to their weightings in the index. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Solactive Electric Vehicles and Future Mobility Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in components of the index, depositary receipts, including ADRs, representing such components, and securities underlying depositary receipts in the index. The index is designed to track the equity market performance of companies engaged in the production of electric vehicles or their components or engaged in other initiatives that may change the future of mobility.
